A huge congratulations to Toni our Deputy Manager and SENCo on successfully completing her Level 3 Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinators. This is a wonderful accomplishment and reflects her dedication, knowledge, and passion for supporting children with additional needs.

Her commitment to inclusive practice ensures that every child in our setting is supported to thrive, feel valued, and reach their full potential. She continually goes above and beyond to support both children and families, and this qualification further strengthens the high-quality care and education we provide.

We are so lucky to have her as part of our team and look forward to seeing the continued positive impact of her work.
